Can I pause my subscription and reactivate it later?

Yes of course, you can find this option in the Settings page.

Is proration applied when switching plans?

Yes, our payment provider Stripe automatically prorates charges when you change plans.

I forgot to cancel before renewal; can I receive a refund?

We send out renewal reminders via email seven days prior to subscription renewals. If you did not cancel before the renewal date and were charged for it, we cannot provide refunds for these charges. However, you can still cancel now and continue using your subscription for its remaining duration.

I want to request a custom agent, how can I do this?

Users in the Professional Tier can get access to the private Discord and will get priority support. Due to limited bandwidth, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all requests, but we will do our best to do so.
